Improved plaster bricks

We made our new bricks today and we made them with plaster and water again but added honeyand little rocks to it. We think this will make it stronger.We put them on the window ledge to set in the sun.My groups new estimat at what height it will break at is 2metres and 65cm.

Cement Bricks

In class on Wednesday we made sement bricks. They were the size of a match box the teachers mixed up the mixture and we poured it into our bricks.We had to right our names on the bottom of the matchbox so we knew wich one was our groups.We also had to right down what the mixture looked like before and after.

There once was a bean named max and he loved to grow thumb tacks he wasn't very rich max so didn't have good soil ?

He then grew beans and sold them to Queens max got rich when he sold beans to the queens so he had money for soil ?

This terms investigation

This term we are learning about how does extreme weather effect the life cycle of plants. In class we each got three beans and we have to water them and take care of them. We also have to keep a table on how they are growing and how weather is affecting them.

Plaster bricks

In class we made plaster bricks out of Plaster Paris. When our bricks were dry we had to measure how long the bricks would last from different heights. My groups brick lasted till 130 centimetres. Now we have improved our brick by adding things like : honey, super glue, and rocks. Now we have to test them again to see how long they will last this time. My group predicts our new brick will break at 265m.
